Spares for Repairs

Guys.
Iam trying to think of a list of spares that i would like to keep on the shelf so to say and was just wondered what you more experienced Griff 500 owners would keep just in case.

What would you add to this so far small list

Spark plugs
Otter switch
Dizzy cap
Fuses mixed
Relays but which ones

Any other additions chaps

Hello mate.I'd add a rotor arm(Lucas only),and a new HT lead of the longest size,Bosch silver relay,spark plug heat sheild.You could also keep a spare drive belt,but they rarely break.
You could also carry a spare ignition module and coil,but where do you want to stop?

Hi Mike i was thinking of Four or Five hundred quids worth.

i think i may have this car for a while but if i am parted from her for any reason i can Fleebay the spares in any case so would be interested in any bits that are potentialy problematic.

Throttle Cable

all of the above especially the spare throttle cable, and i also keep the following;

alternator belt (fan belt)
40amp fuses
100amp main fuse.
spare bulbs (a selection of all)
short length of cable with a male spade connector each end - very useful to bipass otter etc when the fans won't play ball.
spark plug heat shrouds (i kept my old ones when i replaced the lot with magnecor leads, i also kept the old ht leads - useful for diagnosing misfires)
