Griffith 500 Haynes/Repair Manual?????

Dear all

Sorry for the silly question but I am new to this TVR game and am looking at doing some maintenance and mods on the girl. Can you recommend a good idiots maintenance/repair manual. I have checked out the infamous "miss out 10 stages, and assemble in reverse" Haynes but no success. Your help would be much appreciated.

For infprmation on the engine and fuel injection system the Haynes manual for the early '90s V8 Range Rover is useful.

need to get the range rover manual, saw on for sale today byt couldnt see what models were covered in it as it was in a sealed wrapper, its for the pre 92 range rovers, would this be the correct one?
I`m after information on the injectors and fuel rail.
