Griff SE Late wing mirror inserts - needed for molds

Have put in an order via TVRCarparts - but they (and me) are not holding out any hope of anyone at the factory actually making any!

Bit of a double post as stuck in Gen Section - but think will go off the bottom of that sectio real fast!

If anyone has any (off the car) could I borrow them to get a company that do lots of this stuff for classic TVR's and TR Racers, etc to take some molds so I can get my nice new Corrado Mirrors fitted - had them ages and just when I think "Oh I better get the door inserts", the bloody company falls apart!

but I intend to take them off for some moulds to be made by a friend who casts epoxy and GRP products.

Cool - I have some contacts that make TVR bodies and TR Glass fibre Race wings they could do it - Honeyboune Moulding in Birmingham. Or if I could borrow them I could just make some molds in clay and send them back to you? Do they have the CX attachement in the base which I will have to get and mold in? Googling now for this Ballistic Banana's site might help?

Just found this So just have to get hold of them and mold them and put in a bit of studding for the threadded bit.

I can get a mold made at my local pottery place 2 mins up the road where they do plates and bugs and stuf - gret Xmas pressies!
