How tight is your dizzy cap?

Hi all,

I checked the plug leads on my Griff over the weekend (found one lead loose at the dizzy end).

What I did notice is that I can move the dizzy cap from side to side with ease - not a secure/tight fit at all. Is this normal? (both the clips are secure).

On my Golf the dizzy cap wont budge unless the clips are released - tight as a nun's proverbial.

The Griff runs fine, but I have recently thought it has lost some of it's zing but thought it was due to the novelty having worn off.

The cap is only lightly clamped down, but it should be positively located by the top of the dizzy so that it can only move slightly.
