Funnily enough I had the same idea (ebay free listing for motors). I even got as far as writing the advert! I was going to 'try it on' at £19995 'buy it now'. But do you know what? I went out to the garage to check the mileage, reminisced about the three years hard work it's taken me to get her the way I want her, realised even £20k wasn't going to buy me anything I'd rather have, and ditched the idea completely. Some people say a car's worth what someone's prepared to pay for it. I disagree. A car's worth what the owner's prepared to sell it for.

Well, except if you must or really want to sell it!
There is a 4.3 BV on the classifieds advertised regularly since summer, I travelled from Belgium to Chester to see it so I was obviously very interested... The car is absolutly great, perfect service history, very good Ingleby recent report, and letter from the factory certifying that it is the 2nd car of the first batch of just 4 BV built by the factory, so for anyone looking for a precat it sounds "the" car to have I think...

Still, and even if the car could go for really lower than the adverts price...it is still there. In all the cars I have seen, I have had big hesitation between that one and 2 other 500, for just a question of price/package, there is a 500 which took the lead on my list,Rob Ingleby goes to inspect it tomorow for me and it is big chance it should be Ok with that one, but, from what I ve seen in the last months, it is really not that easy to sell even good car for just "normal" price i think.

Hi can any body tell me what the ACT stainless cherry bomb system sounded like at the growel only i am thinking of fitting one, had ACT manfolds done with no cats so i am interested what it would sound like with compleat system ?

A bit off topic for this thread I really like the ACT cherry bomb system. It's nice and loud, when you push it, but comfortable on the cruise. Not the loudest system out there, but a nice sound. I too have the manifolds and you get a good crackle from the exhaust.

Anyway here's a video of the cherry bomb system.
