Window seal instalation advise please?

Hi there, i am currently replacing the window seals on a 1997 Griff 500 the targa roof seal was an easy job. I now have the doors with the door cards removed and the window seals removed, the one that stop moisture falling in between the the door skin and the window. The problem i have now come across is how the fix new seals in place without them falling out of alignment before the glue dries? Any ideas or advice of correct instalation and suitable glue would be appreciated! Thanks
