What torque on the driveshaft bolts and CV Grease

Have had to remove the hub end of the driveshafts during the process of getting my new Poly bushes installed.

Can not find any reference to torque settings in "The Bible"

Anyone know the official figure

Is it standard "Molybedinium" (sp ?) Grease in the joints ?
