Mod-Wise boot entry kit?

I've just received the MW Boot Entry Kit and I'm a little befuddled. Has anybody out there fitted it?

I've not attempted it yet as I can't see from the instructions exactly what to to... maybe it's cos I's fick! My primary concern is the larger of the two magnets; where does it go?
Any advice gratefully received.

LG, dont do it yet, you can do the boot job just above the nearside light cluster, saves pulling carpet down near the solenoid. Just have to confirm the wire colour in the morning, battery is flat, no really !

Never thought it could happen to the "master" of electronics......, there's still hope for us simple men.

LG, the red with blue trace and the black can be found near the passengers side light cluster, much easier.
