Bloody hell why didn't I change the Shocks/Dampers before. Just straight swap and not playing yet It feels like a completely Different car..For the better too...If anyones got a ten year old Griffith stillon its originals get them off.What ever make they got to be than the originals.

I suppose you had the original Bilsteins.

I replaced the original adjustable Konis on mine with Nitrons last year. I have to say though that the difference wasn't great - I reckon the previous owner had the Konis very well set up.

Have you rebushed and fitted SH's drop links too.

Replaced my aging original Konis for the specialy developed Koni fully adjustable raceversion last year, can't agree more. If you own a car with 10 year old shocks replace them, it will transform the car, it did mine.

Had the same experience after replacing the original dampers with Nitrons. Felt like I was driving the car rather than the other way round. Replaced all the bushes the next year and noticed another comparable improvement. Both are definitely worth doing.
