Bosch Injectors

Got mine from Mark Adams - mainly because the old Lucas jobbies wouldn't deliver enough fuel when I converted to a twin throttle plenum. Mark has two sorts of Bosch injectors the - good ones (INJ2010 which I have) and the "Rolls Royce" ones which I couldn't afford! There's a big difference between £48 and £70 (+VAT) when you're buying 8!
I recommend talking to Mark - he'll happily chat through all the pros and cons of changing to Bosch - or staying with Lucas as the case may be... He'll also have an answer regarding re-mapping. I suspect it will be that you don't have to, but you won't get the best results unless you do! I had no choice, as I changed the air-flow meter to a Bosch unit as well - you've guessed it - couldn't get enough air through the hole in the old Lucas one (have you seen how small that hole is??).

You can buy the exact same injectors for £200 (set of 8) from Five 'o' motorsport in the US (amongst many others).

Yeah I have talked to ma in the past about the injectors and seen both in action in the cleaners next to each other. Had seen the five 'o' ones at a lot cheaper price and was thinking of changing them but would need a RR session aswell so may wait until other things need doing and get them all done at the same time. Just bouncing things around atm really
