We have about 30 Griffith/Chimaera screens in stock and have also had the side/top trim remanufactured in a slightly softer compound so that it doesn't pucker on the corners.
The screens are not OE manufacture but they do fit perfectly; we have done several for PHers who have been very pleased with the fit and finish. We can do billing to your insurer for most companies subject to excess and any limits that might apply.
We attended BBWF last year and completed six Wedge screen replacements on the day and many more in the following months.

IIRC there was a thread on here somewhere recently that said there were a load in a container ~ being delivered from Finland stuck in Limbo due to the factory probs.... I guess they would be destined for Dom?

We had a pattern from Finland and it was TOO BIG. Had to be replaced by a geniune TVR etched screen from TMS. Not sure who the supplier is or what they may have been from (if anything).

I think the thread I saw was one of the doom&gloom factory epics, but somewhere within it was a ref to genuine TVR screens on the way to the factory... some of those threads can be a tad fictional tho IYKWIM...

We asked for a geniune screen and the company said they had done loads of Tiv's and as they were close to where Team Central used to be we thought they must have. Anyway returned later that day and we drove home as it was closing and assumed all was OK. Got home and the roof wouldn't fit, the rubber was all over the place, they had damaged the leather and the paintwork. In the end they replaced the screen with a genuine TVR screen, got someone who knew what they were doing to fit it and paid the £2.5k to put the paint and leather back to how it should be.
And that was a well known national company, probably the first one that springs to mind. Wouldn't go there again whether the insurer insisted on it or not.

I used www.heatedwindscreens.com (Ricky Evans Motorsport or similar in Tamworth) for my S3 and they were great - ~£100 or so delivered. Not sure about Griffith screens of course but if they list it - should be OK - and you can get someone to fit it it's a very cost effective solution

Was it actually the heated type? Had one in Ford I used to have and thought it was a great feature... how did you feed it?

Having watched these lads at work at the BBWF, I would recommend them wholeheartedly. I'm sure the Wedge lads would too.
