2 weeks in the garage & she starts first time!

Finally got a solution to the battery discharge problem. The Halfords solar trickle charger has sorted her out. As I don't have power in the garage I have mounted the solar panel on the roof and run the lead through the wall & into the car. After 2 weeks sitting idle the Griff spun over like she was connected to the mains! Previously she would have been completey flat. I paid £19.99 for the charger but I think that they are now £9.99

Best £20 I've ever spent on the Griff

We leave the Griff (the reliable one) in the drive for nearly 3 weeks (over Xmas and New Year) and it starts 1st time - I always pull out he dash fuse out so the clock doesn't drain the battery. If yours runs flat that quick it would suggest an issue.

Mine starts first turn of the key after 3 weeks as well.
