Hmmm... My Griff's developed a new noise. It's a quiet dnk... dnk... dnk... (not a thnk-thnk-thnk if you see what I mean) coming from the NSR when accelerating or turning right. I'm guessing it's suspension related so shall now pass to the experts.
Not an expert, but dnk....dnk noises when turning can be caused by duff CV joints.
Yet to be properly diagnosed, but my reading confirms Hedgehopper's suggestion; CV joint.
Is it wise to replace both if only one side is showing signs of wear? Unless they're frighteningly expensive I think I ought to go for both sides...
Noises are particularly hard to diagnose, I wouldn't jump to conclusions. Get under & have a look or let a specialist diagnose IMHO.
