Diff problems

I have a bit of a clonk on the griff when i take up drive, just jack it up and when I spin the drivers side wheel I notice the passenger side wheel doesn't spin, when spinning the passenger side the drivers side does turn but not as fast. Should that be happening? Thought with a LSD they should both turn at the same rate?

Also when I put it in gear the other side wheel spins in the opposite direction, weird as sure it never did that before.

Update, found the clonk was loose securing bolts, one had fallen out completely, and another was about to drop out, what a nightmare to get at though!
