Dizzy Cap Differences?

Is there any difference between the cap fitted to pre-serp and serpentine engines? Need a new one and the new one I looked at, which was for cars up to '94 was blue, whereas the one currently fitted is black?

Best to go Lucas or will pattern do? I've got a pattern rotor arm, should I skip it for Lucas too?

definately go for the lucas ones, I think you may have problems getting the original arm from them, I`m sure v8racing(i think )bought them all up and has been selling them on e bay.
