Why is life never simple?
I am just writing my order for Speedflow for my new fuel system, and I thought I may as well tack the stuff for a flexible braided clutch hose on it.
No problem, I thought - both the fittings should be 7/16 SAE. But they aren't!!
Head sizes of both are as near to 1/2" as makes no difference, but one end is fine thread, the other course. Diameter of the threads is approx 7/16 in both cases. I know not what they are now, except that they aren't metric. (I don't really understand things that aren't metric as I'm too young.
)
If anyone can help I'd be grateful as it'll save me much messing about with the post.
