Growl rooms - Confirmation process

Sorry to start a new thread but I didnt want this message lost on the the other thread

The process for confirmations is

- When you book you should be given/can ask for a confirmation number.

- This will be given to you verbally

- If you want you can ask to have this posted to your home address or emailed to you. no problem

I have just spoken to the hotel and if you are worried then please re-contact them on 01789 740000 and they can double check your reservation.

IF THEY SAY THEY ARE FULLY BOOKED ASK FOR THE CONFERENCE OFFICE AS ROOMS HAVE BEEN BLOCK RESERVED SO RECEPTION THINK THE HOTEL IS FULL WHEN IT ISN'T. Ask for Emma Raybould or Rachel Thomas.
