Hankook RS2

Anyone using Hankook RS2s? Cant get any Toyo 888s so considering these on the rear as they come in 245 45 16. Also available in 205 50 15 in a "Y" rating which is handy.

Yes looked at those but no W+ rated front tyre available

Well bit the bullet, in the absence of any R888s, I have ordered a set of RS2s in 245 45 16 and 205 50 15, rolling radius will be a little smaller on the front but they apparently come up a little taller then most tyres so should be negligible and worth it to keep a W + rated tyre on the front. £288 for four track/road tyres seems pretty good to me unless they turn out to be pants of course

Well, had the tyres fitted today and the tracking setup. First impressions are favorable. The most impresive thing being the total lack of tramling, the S03 loved to sniff out the smallest road repair or white line. The turn in is greatly improved, I'm sure the drop to a 50 series tyres has helped here, rear end grip seems slightly better already and the softer tyre walls have improved the ride quality. So pretty good all round and a bargain price.
