Good vid to watch but as it flew by so quickly can you expand on what we saw? I assume it was a selection of Griff 500's out dragging various German pork? What happened with the Lambo was that turned into cutlets also?

I noticed one of those Porkers being "outdragged" was Rods' 580 bhp Turbo, no doubt embarking on about his 64th 194mph run of the day

what have I said? Did I get the wrong end of the stick? Did I miss something? I saw a 1:30 min. vid of Griff 500s against Porsches and I thought I saw the Griff's winning off the line in most cases as we didn't see the finish line I assumed they won? Didn't they?

A Standard 911 cannot live with standard Griffs and Chims at V max, its only the turbos,Rufs, GT2/3s that can leave us and thats was only when I was in 3rd gear.

There is not much that can stay with the RV/TVR engined cars in 1st and 2nd Gear.

I went up against a new 3.8 Carrera 4S and even with its four wheel drive it could not keep up, even on the long straight I was pulling away up to 150mph and hit the timing beam well before it and it was going 20mph quicker than me over the beam,

His face was a picture his new Carrera S blown away by a litte standard Griff.


Didn't go up against a Lambo, I found most of the other drivers with standard cars did not want to go up against the TVRs.

Maybe Oggs,BB or Griff Gruff did, all I know is most standard cars get blown away by TVRs and my was running like a dog at the time with a blocked cat and blowing manifold.

Cannot wait for the next one when it will be running 100%.
