Hi,

My 430 griff tends to idle at about 2000rpm when warmed up, it then will very slowly creep back to 1000rpm. If I blip the throttle the revs die back to 1000rpm nearly instantly. Any suggestions what the problem may be chaps?

Maybe sticky stepper ... mine does it too, but once it's stationary it drops back to 800RPM within 5-10 secs.

Hi,
First posting so here goes.
I have also had this problem, stepper motor needed cleaning and also check the the earth straps for a bad connection. The main problem one is on the engine under the alternator onto the chassis.

Many Thanks LordGrover,
Have been using P/H for a while and thought it was time to join the masses.
