TOP END STRIP HELP!

I have just removed the griffs intake manifold and I need some help on a couple of questions. Its a 1996, 500 with 27k.
My car has double valve springs, is this Standard?
Cam shaft is only wearing on one edge see pic, I presume this is because they are machined at an angle to give rotation to the lifter. do they look ok?
Are the intake ports polished as standard? you can see the edge of one in the pic.
Does anyone know the torque settings for the rockershaft to head bolts.

Just got my engine back in the car after similar fettling 
Yes, polishing, porting & double valve springs are standard.
My cam only wore on one edge too. I presumed the same as you.
No idea about the torque settings, but it should be available on the Griffith Pages now or I can look it up on my Land Rover CD tomorrow.
