Something doesn't look right.
Doe's the washer and nut go hard against the recess inside the wishbone (creating a void between the inch thread and the recess which means the bush bolt is reliant on the pinch of the washer) or does it go hard against the inch diametre thread?

Looking at another chassis thats fill of muck,the nylocks seem further in(similar amount of castor),where the way i've put them their almost flush with the edge og the wishbone tube.

Anyone help

yip,think iv'e got it,what a stupid design,depending on the length of thread in the wishbone,there's a good chance of burring the nut because it does'nt leave enough head for the socket,so have packed out with a couple of small washers.

Bring back those little bakelite saucer-thingies that stop castors digging into the carpet.
