Right side ok (94 Griff 500). The 40A fuse and the relay are both OK (took them out and RHS stopped) - nothing else mentioned in 'The Bible' AFAIK.
Any ideas please?

One of mine stopped working a week or so back, I undid the connector on the offending fan and noticed it was a little corroded - cleaned it up, reconnected and it worked fine, so might be worth a try. I also made a boot for the two connectors from an old inner tube as where it is positioned it tends to get a bit wet when raining / washing.

Swap the fan connectors over, you can quickly tell whether it is a wiring problem or the fans themselves. Dont forget to rule out the actual connectors by cleaning them up at the same time.

Similar problem of overheating and am scratching my head now as am not losing fluid, don't think there is an air lock - have bled the system so many times! What I have noticed is that the left hand fan is not pulling as much air as the right one? It doesn't appear to be fouling and I have cleaned the connectors and WD40'd them. There is a plastic bung on the back of the motor housing, is this to oil the bearings? The fans are the standard fit Griff 500 Spal units.
Any advice or suggestions to cure this most welcome, as my girl is grounded till I sort it out
