Hi

Scrounging - my long suffering belief that the Griff front suspension geometry is fundamentally wrong, and that some increase in KPI is required to set the scrub radius to zero. The outcome should be that the steering wheel will not snatch when you hit a pothole.

But, I need some crappy old suspension bits to play with, and try an alternative setup. The intention is to make a modified component, the one the upper ball joint bolts to, with an offset designed to increase KPI.

Has anyone got any old bits kicking around and wouldn't mind volunteering them to a crazy cause? Some money can of course change hands.

Ta

It might be worth having a word with CliveF about this - we may be able to do something... smile (if only it had been a couple of months ago, it would have been a lot easier)

Nic, it might be worth speaking to Ian at Sportmotive.
I know he has lots of bits and might be interested in the mod also, so maybe mutually beneficial.
Can you describe in more detail what you are thinking?
PM if necessary.
