Moosehunters Run of Luck Continues...
Discussion
After 3 trouble free weeks after my complete Moose-speed engine re-build, I decide to take the Griff for a trip to Silverstone on a nice sunny day to support a couple of mates who were racing
Made it 50 miles before head gasket blew, pressurising the cooling system and blowing my bottom hose apart (obviously re-used a sub standard item there then, either that or my cap has welded itself onto the overflow bottle)
Anyone with any helpful head bolt / torque proceedure info please comment here :

Thought I have turned the corner in the Bad Luck stakes but maybe not eh ?!?
Still those gaskets were 3 weeks old so about time for some new ones, and I suppose now would be as good a time as any to invest in those nice blue coolant hoses ;-)
Despondant (but getting used to it) Moose

Hopefully that's that now
Completed second re-build and all seems well
In the nicest possible way I hope someone else can have my bad luck for a while now
Sun came out yesterday during my drive to work in the Griff, and funny how the weeks of agro can fade away so quickly
Thanks again to those that have given me helpful (and correct) info and to those who have helped with the notes of encouragement / pisstaking.
Those that have hindered my progress ... shame on you.
A (hopefully not short term) Happy Moose
