Dumb fuel line question

Am I right in saying the fuel line off the pump feeds the reg?just that the rubber pipes don't seem to be looking right where they sit below and around the metal heater pipes under the bulk head.

added some pics,does this look right?

The Fuel lines are the wrong way round. The return should be after the regulator, the route of the pipes looks about right.
