Hi, firstly thanks for all the helpfuill info over the last year or two, secondly another query!

I am chasing my misfire, got as far as low compression and decided to strip the heads off. The valves aern't bad in the scheme of things but could do with a re-lap, so caught in time. It is also a 4.3 BV as suspected, so fab. The quality of the porting has to be seen to be believed, it is a work of art.

Downside, two followers showing slight pitting, so new cam. What cam would folks recommend? This engine is obviously tuned to rev, I have never seen airways so clean and polished!

Thanks

Nic

this one will soon have plenty of replies!
for sound advice, I`d give Rob at V8Developements or Paul at V8 Tuner a call.
I originally changed the standard one for a piper 285, but am presently changing this for a Crower 233, which will be a bit wilder than the piper .
