Brake Fluid Reservoir

Notice the reservoir leaking, from the sealed edges. What is this sealed with?

Do you mean where the reservior is sealed to the inner wing? That's just silicon sealent but it doesn't seal the fluid reservoir - just keeps water out of the footwell. If you've got brake fluid there it's most likely coming out of the filler cap.
