Is the dash a sprayed wood effect like the V8S or is real wood veneer used

It is a real wood vaneer, very poorly applied by TVR. London Carriage Craft do a much better job.

Just make sure you're sitting down when you hear the price

I thought the price was very reasonable, for the work that goes into it.

I got my lower panel done by them and it was a superb job - looked better than before and matched the main dash perfectly...all for around £120 from memory!

I couldn't understand why both panels weren't veneered as std as it does look much neater, suppose it mustv'e been £££!

Mine too, although it puts the main dash to shame.

I think there are two standards out there. The darker almost purple’ly colour that comes unstuck, cracks etc. as you look at it and a proper Walnut job, which I think mine is and looks great as it has done for the last 10 years.

Cheers,

Simon.

Hi Hoover that seems a reasonable price for a restoration job or do they actually supply a new dash for a Griff 500 for that price scratchchin

Ether way seems a good deal.......I dont seem to be able to look at the wood options though.
