Guys,

I have noticed that one of my headlight cowels is pushed in at the top by about 1cm (I think I may have leant on it whilst working on it recently. How easy is it to remove and reset the whole cowel?

Cheers,

Alex

You need to remove the headlamp pod Alex, then reseal and refit it which isn't a very difficult job but its not the easiest to do on your own.
Alternatively you could open the wheel arch access panel, undo the nut holding the pod in place, shove a bit of sealant in the gap where its coming apart, push the pod back into place and tighten the nut. It would work for a while.

The pod removal/refit process is very well documented somewhere by a guy under the TVR Warks website. I'll see if I can find the link.

Here you are

Thanks guys. It looks like it is going to be more than the 10 minute job I was hoping. Oh well, it should keep me out of trouble one Saturday biggrin
