Engine Rebuild Needed

I am posting this for my father as he is having a little trouble and needs a engine rebuild on a original 4.3 BV but didn't know the best place to take it.
Any suggestions.

I know dad had a long chat to V8 Development this week about what the problems are and how best to go about trying to fix them.
Going over today so he can fill me in with all the details about what was said and as a result might end up taking the engine out this afternoon.
