I need an oil filter for my griff [ preserp ], what type? any brand? any no-nos? cheers, John.

I've got a MAHLE on at the minute and another spare in the cupboard. Can't remember the ruddy code though but I'll see if I can find it for you.

OC261 is on the box.

And a bit of added value as you've had to wait so long;
On this website Clicky is a cross reference to the Rover ERR3340 which is so often quoted as the OEM filter for our engines.

I tend to stick to Mahle or Hengst(pt no.H24W03)aint nothing genuine about a Landrover "genuine" filter(overpriced)their are many other brands also.
