Type approval certificates

Now that I seemed to have solved my tyre dilemma, I have another stupid question.

Anyone out there got a copy of the EU conformity certificate, or failing that a UK-type approval certificate for a 1995 Griffith 500, or a 1990 S3 come that that. I've bought one of each you see. S3 for everyday, Griff for the weekend, you know it makes sense!!!
