which gearbox?

seen a car which is a 500 built in august 94,have not yet spoken to owner but is it likely to be a t5 box? many thanks

The gearbox was changed to the T5 at the beginning of '94 so it should be a T5.
The easy test is with a T5 reverse is down and opposite 5th on the Rover box it is up and next to 1st
