245x45x16 rear tyres

What makes are available in in W or Z rating. All I'm being offered so far are Continental and Toyo T1R. Not read anything about the former but the T1R's appear to have softer sidewalls which are perhaps not ideal for the 45 profile. The fronts are nearly new SO3's but not been offered anything from Bridgestone or Dunlop

T1R's are very good and lots of us have the 245/45/16 size as W rated.
They aren't the best with the SO3 but still good. Ok if your changing the fronts fairly soon. I've got SP9000's on the 15" rims.

Falken - got them on all four corners on the Griff and i love'm. Cerb drivers raved about the Falkens too.

Toyo's all round, be careful when cold, but otherwise great tyres, prgressive, good in wet and good when braking . ..

Yep the 452's are the mutts nutts but you cant get them in right profile for 15". I run falkens on the rears, still have S03's on the front

Goodyear don't list a 16 inch F1 and their GD ones only 225 wide. Also I can only find the Falken F452 listed as 225 wide.

I have 16" all round - FK 451 in 245/45/16 rear and FK 452 in 225/45/16 front.
