What type of filler? (Roof fitting)

Is used to form the nose line of the roof? I'm just about to glue my new one on and a small part of the filler used to form the nose came away when I removed the old roof

Looks more like a wood filler than anything automotive, but what is it?

I have no idea what TVR used, but I'd probably use something like the isopon bumper repair filler to replace it.
