Fuel rail adaptor
Discussion
Need to find a fuel rail adaptor to replace the xisting regulator and convert to a pipe fitting ready for an alternative regulator.
I know they exist, they come with some regulator's but not the one I am using and I just don't seem to be able to nail one down . . .
Anyone got an idea where i may get a couple ahead of the weekend ?

These guys do them http://www.fuelsystem.co.uk/ about £20 had one a few weeks back. Take a photo of your fuel rail and email it to them as there are a few types on the rover.
Had originally thought rising rate, then researched properly and realised this absolutely wasn't the way forward . . . Was then going to run with the standard set up, as I have the car running with it now.
Seemed a shame to run with a lower fuel rate than the injectors could happily live with (Bosch Red's 4 hole disc type), so have gone for matching their 310ccmin/3 bar output with a Weber 3 bar regulator.
AJPMike was running the same setup on his car and it seemed to work very well.
Only have a 72mm plenum, so have not looked to go any higher with the fuel pressure as I am sure this will be more than adequate for the amount of air I can get in there anyway.
It could all have been done with the original injectors . . .
I'd been having the normal starting issues where it would only fire on on 5 or 6 or 7 and had been through the normal changing of leads etc etc . . . In the end I hav become convinced it was the injectors. They've had 63k miles worth of fuel through them, and I doubt they are in the greatest shape. Rather than going for clean and service, it was not much dearer to replace them with a better injector which is brand new.
Once I started the car on the new injectors (on Emerald) started on all 8, no issues, no need for throttle blipping. The RV8 does suffer with cross flow of exhaust gases so never runs brilliantly at idle depening on cam etc, but there is definitely an improvement versus the originals.
