Won't an ordinary stainless Allen headed bolt do the job??
probably will do the job, but I'm guessing it will be counter sunk to the wheel face as the orginal bolt head has 5mm deep head with a further 3mm counter sunk section before it hits the thread

Thats what we've got with a piece of stainless round bar brazed on with a hole in the middle so its flush with the cap.
