+12 volt feed the easy way

Gents,
just about to start the megasquirt installation and need to find two 12volt feeds for the coil packs and lamba sensor.
looked at the bible diagrams but don't want to start going into any relay rewiring,
Question, is there an easy way to get two +12 volt feeds.
the new ECU is easy it's the other items I am struggling with.

You should be able to pick up the power supply to the old lambda sensor heaters without too much trouble.

That's one, not sure where there are any others - I just removed the old wiring and started again!

open up the loom somewhere near the rear injectors as there is a large cable which is tapped to smaller feeds to the injectors.

The old coil (if there) may have has an ignition switched +ve to it.

I've though about the old coil module supply, but not sure about the lamba sensor heater, where are the heaters located?
What about the alternator supply ? any body used that.

As for running new in which I might have to do, anybody got any tips. where to start and where best to plug in to.

I would chuck the whole ECU loom and start again. The old one is liable to be be in a pretty manky state and not a good start for your new installation. It's only a few dozen wires at the end of the day and only needs a few hours to make it up.
