95 Griff, lock unlock door, turn ignition on fuel pump does not whirr intermittent problem.First thing in morning OK then twice three times it will work then have to leave all day.Using test light piggybacked to wires to pump there is no current to fuel pump. Have changed fuel relay still have problem.
I think it could be Foxguard immobiliser.Engine will crank OK.
Does Foxguard immobilise ignition or other circuits?
I was thinking of feeding pump with 12v seperate supply to get me to TVR garage.
Where is alarm module? I have glove box out cannot see anything hope it is not on offside under dash.
ANY IDEAS WEATHER BRILLIANT

Sorry but...have change the fuel pump relay AND start relay. If the engine is cranking, I would not suspect the alarm.

Thanks for help but, I have changed both relays in loom still have problem.
BYPASSING the two connections in the multi block with fuel pump relay out will give power to fuel pump but is continious.
What do you mean by"start relay"?
Car will start only once a day or twice after standing for 8hrs plus.
Again problem is pump will not work when ignition turned on
DESPERATE.

Have you checked the contacts at the fuel pump and is your fob battery ok before you bring it to the alarm guy? I've had a situation with loose contacts at the fuel pump during a rough ride....engine just died on me, luckily I could reach the wiring from the back as I didn't have a jack in the car which prevented a towing job/ 5 min job...2 wires. Another situation I've had....problematic hot start when both cooling fans are starting up as the engine is still hot when switching the ignition on. Found to be a poor battery at the end, when the engine is cool and the fans stopped the car started every time....not funny if you are in a hurry.
Hope you get it sorted

Thanks for advice
New battery in fob.
Connections were poor on live to pump.
But bad news this is not problem as they are now good.
Immobiliser disables ignition circuit to fuel relay.
This works OK when tested with meter.
Problem is ECU MAKES EARTH CONTACT WITH FUEL RELAY FOR FEW SECONDS WHEN IGN ON TO COMPLETE CIRCUIT TO GIVE POWER TO PUMP.
Checked continuity to from ECU OK of earths.
When fed seperate earth to relay OK
looks like ECU needs checking,as if independant earth given to 85 pin on relay car starts.
