looking for reliable V8 specialist around maidenhead
Discussion
hi all, having starting probs. Just been serviced by APM and problem actually worse - bit of a grind taking all the way back to Hants. Tried Henley couple of years back & they left large scratch on bonnet & massive bill. Then tried James from Denham & he cracked the dashboard & failed to rectify boot opening prob - losing patience!! Am i asking too much? I live in Burnham / Taplow - many thanks - paul
There's a guy in Harefield called Perry. Had him do my waxoyl. And does do servicing. I was recommended him by Klaas from here.
Not the biggest outfit in the world, and certainly doesn't spend anything on fancy lighting, but does seem to know his stuff!!!
Contact number is: 07957 872615

Racing Green are in Ash Green near Aldershot if that is not too far. Handy because they are about 100yds from North Camp railway station.
This thread on the S forum might help too - not v8 specialists but seem like good general mechanics

ETA - there's the V8 centre in High Wycombe, think they are still around.

Thats Perry Mott as mentioned in the above post... He runs the V8 centre.
Yes it was in High Wycombe but he's now in Harefield. Top bloke.... Did some bodywork repair to a griff i used to have. Top notch work and very reasonable prices !!
