GROWL - Helpers required
Discussion
As there are only 4 of us who organise the Growl and due to the size we struggle to do everything ourselves it would be great if we could get some assistance so we can get around and talk to vendors and owners as it is our event too.
We need a few people to help out on the Saturday and Sunday morning for say an hour each, if you can do 2 hours then great.
If you can mail me your name and preferred slot then I can allocate people.
We need help on the arrivals desk, parking, hotel liasion (getting water etc to the welcome desk - hope its warm), rolling road, decibel testing, general assistance.
its a good way to get to know owners, put names to faces and everyone that has helped in the past has already offered their services so it can't be that bad (other than speaking to jeffsy).
All help very much appreciated.

I don't mind doing a couple of hours - I have a couple of events (ride drive and Rolling road) on the Sat so if you are struggling for Sat PM me for times I'm available , quite happy Sunday morning and early afternoon.
Edited to add - I'm arriving Friday evening so you could leave me a note on reception if you need help first thing Sat - otherwise I'm sure you'll find me in the bar later on

Cheers for the offers.
I'll draw up a rota. Trying to get the radios off TVRCC which will help. Not many will volunteer for noise testing so well done Dave.

Radios are confirmed and Ali is very kindly lending us some of their 'Marshal' vests as well - so we'll all look splendid!! I'll draw up a rota. Trying to get the radios off TVRCC which will help. Not many will volunteer for noise testing so well done Dave.

Got the hi-viz marshall vests and 6 radios to help. Anyone got a loud hailer (not jeffsy)?
I've done a rota which I'll bring along. If you want to swap times please do so but ensure you write in who is filling your slot so we know who to collar when their time is due.
Please can you ensure you are abouit a few minutes before so the person coming off shift can handover jacket and radio.
