Just to make you aware, I won't be doing any, haven't had time, been away at Brands all this weekend in it, driven it a lot in the evenings lately when it's been nice.

Away in Sctoland on business this week.

Only got Friday night and I want a few beers instead.

So it'll be there, possibly washed, certainly with go faster stripes down the passenger side.

Don't bother sucking through your teeth at the state of it as I assure you it comes up lovely when I've got the time between using it and it certainly performs, beauty isn't skin deep here . . . other than the diff bushes where it get's fecking ugly ! hehe

May be tempted onto the rolling road, but the clunk from the diff bushes is now outrageous and I won't do it until after it get's back from the paint shop.

Little point in going mad polishing somethings going to be sorted by pro's in the next couple of months anyway.

Never selling it so there you go, thought you'd better be prepared !

Remember, stone chips prove you use itwink

Mine should be covered in dead bugs, brake dust and even more stone chips for the weekend.
Exhaust manifold gasket permitting I'm doing a few laps of the EVO triangle with some Alfa owners on Friday and then coming down to the Growl.

Anyone going down from N.West or N.Wales early on Saturday morning?

No carpets, duct tape holding the driver's window in, a plywood dash, no heater controls, white sealant holding one headlamp in...

I guess that makes mine the scruffiest. smile

I'm challenging you Dave, but I think you'll get it.

Although on paint work, I could be putting down a real gauntlet hehe

Not really the way I should bring Nigella to our first Growl, but then that's life !

Wripped the new engine mounts apart, killed off the PAS pump(it got a bit hot), ate a manifold gasket (jury is out on whether it was an exhaust or head gasket). oh, and the springs ain't man enough (increasing the spring rates by 100lbs all around)...and I only did one hot lap irked

Was running farely close to that already Pasco and agree it "was" a good setup. The problem i'm getting now is the rear is bottoming out under load, so I'm having to increase to cope with the additional torque.
Derek(Gazman) and Dave at Lieda sp? have recommended 550/400lb as a start point, but when we fit the splitter/difuser (when the wallet has recovered) we'll have to up it all again.

You're coming in the Griff after all then Johno. Good lad thumbup

Mine is covered in gaffer tape and looks a bit of a mess so the least I can do is to vacuum and clean the insidewink

Can we have a special parking place for bashed cars? Sounds like there might be a couple of us.

What can we call it?
The dog kennel?

Well I tried washing Katie this lunchtime, that went fine but it then started to pour down before I had chance to polish, mind you with all the stone chips and de-laminated screen she was never going to be in the concourse section!

Mind you I think that "used" is the best condition for any car smile
