I was looking for a pair of Big Valve heads (which would be 500 spec) a while ago and the news isn't good. Bell Hill, Douglas Valley etc were reluctant to split a good engine and were talking £1500 ish (not far off the value of the whole engine) for a pair.
Your best bet is the PH classifieds, a wanted ad, or getting lucky on ebay. There was a pair of 4.3 heads on ebay (from RPi I think) but they didn't look like Big Valve to me (hard to tell from photo though).
You may be best off getting both heads skimmed and rebuilt. It may cost nearly the same as a cheaper pair of s/h heads, but fitting only one heads risks differences in porting, valve guides and wear between heads. Of course you risk that on both heads with a s/h pair which may need skimming and rebuilding anyway.
Hence I ended up getting V8D to do mine!
