What size manifold flange gasket - Pre Cat 4.3

I'm about to take the manifolds off to change the engine/manifold gaskets.... while I'm at I might as well change the flange manifold gaskets at the Y piece.

I've come across two sizes 100.5 ID, 138.5 OD or 102 ID, 146.5 OD... which is correct for original manifolds/y piece 4.3 pre cat.

can i get composite metalic ones .... if so where ?

On my 430 they are ID 103mm and OD 146mm...part no. S0128 from Racetech...not aware of any metal composite ones tho.
