Where do Griffs leak?
Discussion
I had my Griff parked outside at work during some of the worst rain last week. Not surprisingly, it leaked a bit.
(But not as much as it used to do)
I have one leak left to find now, and I can't see where it's getting in.
The passenger footwell was swimming in water, which appears to be coming down from the heater vent hole which feeds air to the screen. (heater box is removed)
The question is how is the water getting in to the screen vent? It's a (relatively) new screen, and I thought I'd sealed everything I could find.
Any ideas?

Dave, check there is a large gob of sealant where the inner wing goes under the windscreen.
Mine leaked whilst driving down to the Growl and that is where it was coming in.
If you get alot of water up there , it can come through the grommet that the large bonnet hinge rod thing sits in.
Hope this makes sense.

Was it all at the front of the footwell or could it have run down from behind the seat?
Definitely all from the front - I saw the water falling from the screen vent hole. Anthony - I did check the holes were bunged with sealant. But that doesn't mean they don't still leak!
The wipers were siliconed in just before the Growl, but again this may not be perfect. (Yes, the mechanism for the wipers is in the screen vent on the 500s.)
