Cigarette lighter for '92 Griff?

It's probably on here somewhere but the search feature isn't working. Anyone know what car the fag lighter came from originally? Mine is knackered and I need a new one. Bog standard one from Halfords has horrible green illuminated surround (the one on the griff is clear and only goes green when illuminated).

When you say its FUBAR'd Jamie, have you taken it out?
I only ask because mine looked like its days were done but when I got it apart it was just that it had turned in the socket and twisted the feed wires together.
Cleaned the terminals inside and the connector wires and Uncle Bob !

Yes I've taken it out. Thanks for the tip but the contacts inside the bottom of the cylider are completely corroded. I think it's beyond saving.
