Decided my standard badge was looking a bit ropey,so plumped for the refurb offered by leven, talked to jules on the phone who was very nice and sent mine off..... two days later mine was returned and its excellent quality with the resin cover, will last alot longer than the original i would think, and for £37 not bad value considering the difference in quality

Yes they are very nice indeed yes I've had Leven's front and rear badges on my Griff since new and going on the fact that the acrylic separted from the front one last year and the rear one a few months ago you'll get about 9-10 years out of them wink

yes They are very nice but with this version the resin can and usually does separate allowing moisture to get inside. That results in the brass plating turning green. No problem getting them re-done, just don't expect them to last more than a few years. Leven will tell you to wash them in a particular way to prevent this, that didn't work for me.

Yep, I have these on mine they only stay perfect for a couple of years, front ones go first.
On mine the clear resin started to discolour from the inside and then delaminate. After a while I pulled the resin off completely, cleaned and repainted the black and they look good again. My rear one is like that now and should stay decent for another year. The front (number 3) is discoloured and just starting to delaminate again.
They do look good though,
Simon.

I bought a new gold one 6 months ago and now has discoloured so if the leven ones last 2 years they've got to be better value as the costs are the same.
And they look better i now have both leven badges.
