Interested to start a post of additional interior features or 'what have you added to enhance the interior of your Griff.' Any pictures would be welcome.
The reason I post this is because when I first owned an 'S3' back four years ago I spotted amongst many things, a 'tidy net' on ebay for the princely sum of £11.99. This was basically an elastic string 'vest' net which was positioned on the right hand side of the passenger foot well. Ideal for maps or bits and pieces, ie when the roof was down nothing went 'flying!'
Now, I would very much like to add this 'feature' to the Griff. Only trouble is the TVR contact no longer stocks them and suggested I go to a Mercedes dealer. So this week I did just that and surprise surprise they are the same and fitted to all models, only difference, the dealer's part department wants to charge over £30 each for basically a piece of string and a few fixings!
Looking to buy two, but not for £65! Anybody got any links to 'carbon copies' at more realistic prices?
P.

I've got alloy stalks and alloy trims to the heater vents, plus a TVR (not Leven) handbrake grip - the TVR one is nicely rounded and IMO suits the design of the car better. But the mod that makes me smile the most is a little alloy bonnet release toggle that I made to replace the Ford plastic one smile

No that's me smile Mine is T5 LTR

p.s. the nets sound a good idea, I usually stuff the maps behind my seat and then go through contortions to get them back when I need them. hehe

marz92 - funny feeling Demon Tweeks used to sell these. IIRC they were hidden under the rally car bit as "map pockets"

They also sound like map pockets sold in the LandRover world. Have a rummage around Landie forums.

You're welcome chap, nice to help out.

If you were prepared to put in more time, you may find them even cheaper..!
