im not sure what actual difference it makes, been a long time since i drove a standard 500.
the whole car feels very tight and responsive. terrible around town though, not comfortable in any gear, very jumpy/twitchy.

mods havent made any difference to the quote, flippin bargain, im well chuffed smile

Taraka gave another 40BHP. When I owned the car,had on the dyno at Power on one of their open days and it was 40BHP up on a standard 5.0 litre.

How's the car Nick ? Still enjoying it ?

Good, glad to hear the novelty hasn't worn off.

Probably an alternator problem, I never had to touch it in the 5 years I owned the car and it's not uncommon due to the engine bay heat for them to play up.

the alternator was replaced a week ago as it was over charging the battery.
i suspect the battery is now buggered, blown cell?
but due to bein a mechanical moron i would rather throw my money at someone who knows what there doing rather than tinker myself and make the problem worse!
its cold, wet, windy and generally crap weather so its been tucked up most of this year, think i have had maybe 2 drives out and 2 valets!
